Rights as a member of MSRS
As a member of the Organization I am entitled to:1. Receive proper notice of meetings.
2. Participate in the Organization’s Operations, Workshops, Meetings, Events etc.
3. Raise concerns or issues I identify with the Organization.
4. Receive information about the Organization’s financial status and other important processes or decision (e.g. resolutions).
Responsibilities as a member of the Organization
As a member of the Organization I have a responsibility to:1. Support the mission, vision, and goals of the Organization.
2. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the co-operative set out in the organizational documents and created by the board.
3. Support the co-operative’s operations by using its services or contributing to the delivery of services.
4. Learn more about Manbhum Culture & Support the capitalization of the Organization by making a financial contribution.
5. Your General Membership of MSRS must be renewed from time to time, otherwise your membership will be canceled. You will receive detailed information on how to renew Membership via SMS and Email.
Obligations of the MSRS to members
As a member of the MSRS, I understand that the Organization is obligated to:
1. Provide notice of meetings and information on ways that I can participate in the meetings.
2. Maintain a transparent and efficient system of decision-making that is inclusive of the membership and supportive of the mission and vision of the Organization.
3. Use my financial contribution effectively and responsibly.
MSRS Decision Making Policy
The decision of the registered committee or bord members in connection with any interpretation of the rules or in any dispute relating to any matter relating to the MSRS's plan and programme will be final and conclusive.
MSRS shall have the right to suspend participation, or cancel the membership, of Member if it (i) fails to pay its monthly fees on time, or (ii) violates any of the principles and fails to correct that breach (iii) substantially, flagrantly or repeatedly violates any of the principles. No refunds of Membership fees or other payments will be given.
Declaration for Membership
I understand the rights and responsibilities of membership in the Organization and agree to them. I agree to get the membership of MSRS with a par value of ₹ 50.I agree to abide by the rules, regulations and principles outlined above. I also agree that failure to comply with these rules, regulations will result in the cancellation of my membership.
I declare that the information provided by me on the above form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I hereby apply for the membership of Manbhum Sanskriti Raksha Samiti.

MSRS COMMUNICATIONS POLICY
All registered Members agree to allow MSRS and those working on its behalf to facilitate Our Events, Workshops to contact them regarding their registration and attendance. By registering for the event, you agree to allow MSRS to communicate with you via email and phone with information regarding our upcoming events, meetings workshops etc .
MSRS's Event Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy
MSRS is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive meeti/event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected categories. We do not tolerate harassment of meetings, event participants in any form. MSRS takes violations of our policy seriously and will respond appropriately.
Members asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Our zero tolerance policy means that we will look into and review every allegation of violation of our Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy that is brought to our attention and respond appropriately. We empower and encourage you to report any behavior that makes you or others feel uncomfortable by finding a MSRS Board member..
This policy extends to all MSRS related meetings, talks, forums, workshops, social media, attendees, partners, sponsors, volunteers, event staff, etc. You catch our drift. MSRS reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any MSRS hosted meetings/event (including future MSRS events) at any time in its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, Members behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein. If a participant engages in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, the MSRS organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the Meetings.
